Private Yoga Instruction

Private Yoga refers to a one-on-one Yoga session between you and a teacher. In a private session, either in-person or online, your teacher provides personalized attention and adjustments to you, tailoring the practice to meet your specific needs, goals, and abilities. Private Yoga sessions can be beneficial for individuals who prefer a focused learning environment, or for those with specific health concerns or injuries that may require modifications to their practice. Your teacher also offers guidance on proper alignment and technique, helping you to deepen their understanding and practice of Yoga.

Private Spiritual Coaching

A private yoga lifestyle spiritual coaching session provides personalized guidance and support, integrating yoga philosophy and practices with broader lifestyle adjustments to achieve whole holistic wellbeing, for an individual students needs and goals beyond just physical postures, including nutrition, sleep, stress management, and overall life balance.

Private Yoga at Your Location

We offer the option of take classes either at our studio, your home, office or wherever you are! We bring everything you need for the class (mats, props, etc.) so you can benefit from our Yoga Concierge Service.

This price is for a private for an individual or a couple. Group classes for birthdays, parties, events, etc. are available. Contact Patricia for pricing.

Private Personal Training

One to one personal 60 minute training session dedicated to achieving your personal fitness goals by providing personalized guidance, support, and motivation. Hour session typically includes a warm-up, targeted exercises based on your specific body and its specific needs, proper form correction and enhancement, and a cool-down, all while ensuring safety and effectiveness throughout the workout routine.

Private Chakra Balancing

Chakra balancing is a practice that involves restoring the flow of energy in the body's chakras, which are believed to be energy centers that control physical, emotional, and spiritual functions.

Private Breathwork

Yoga breathwork, yoga breathing, or pranayama refers to various exercises that are practiced on their own or as part of a yoga class. These yoga breathing techniques are often done to practice mindfulness. Many also practice yoga breathing for other benefits, like reducing stress and anxiety or improving breathing patterns.

Private Reiki

Reiki works with your unique energy system to promote the natural intelligence of a balanced mind, body and spirit health. Reiki practitioners act as a conduit of unconditional love through which the Reiki energy travels through their hands.

Private Bhagavad Gita

90 minute Private study of the word-to-word translation of the Bhagavad Gita as designed by Sri Swami Dayananda Saraswati for course study. Reading the 700 verses, word to word translation, studying the principles, ideas and theories within the 18 chapters and discussing their meaning.
