HEART & HUSTLE for STRENGTH TRAINING - single group class experience for building strong, resilient bodies at every age—because strength is something you build, protect, and celebrate for life.

This class resets physical confidence, boosts metabolism, and develops sustainable, lifelong strength. Training form during sessions supervised by Patricia and grounded in Dr. Gabrielle Lyon’s Forever Strong Playbook.

Participants track weekly progress and strength gains, plus customized strength classes, science-based group accountability, and a supportive group chat centered on Dr. Lyon's Four Pillars: Think, Eat, Move, Recover.
