At Top Gallant Yoga, nothing is one‑size‑fits‑all. Every session is shaped around you — your history, your goals, your injuries, your energy, and the way your body moves today.
Many of my students are older adults rebuilding strength, improving balance, or working through stiffness and mobility challenges. You’ll never be asked to push through pain or keep up with a pace that doesn’t feel right. Instead, we move slowly, intentionally, and with plenty of support so you can build confidence, stability, and ease in your body — one breath at a time. We specialize in students who find traditional studios intimidating or too fast.
Unlike Yoga classes taught in a fitness studio or shopping center, our horse farm setting offers you a peaceful getway to relax and reduce stress.
Whether you’re returning to movement, maintaining independence, or simply wanting to feel steadier and more flexible, you’ll be met with patience, presence, and genuine care.

I teach Yoga slowly, intentionally, and with deep respect for the body in front of me. My work blends mindful movement, breath, alignment, and a calm presence that helps you feel safe and supported. My classes weave together Yoga, breathwork, mindful movement, Reiki, and spiritual coaching to help you meet your body exactly where it is today.
My goal is simple: to help you move with more ease, strength, and confidence — on and off the mat.

Top Gallant Yoga, located west of 441 / Route 7 and Lantana Road at Top Gallant Farms in Lake Worth / S. Wellington, is easily accessible to residents and visitors of Boynton Beach, Lake Worth, Wellington, Lantana, Delray Beach, and West Palm Beach.
If you're driving Southbound on 441:
Please turn Right/West at 52nd Pl S. NOTE: There is NO traffic light. Look for green street sign "52nd Place S" and Soapy Shark Car Wash at the corner. Go 0.4 mile to the end of 52nd Pl. Turn Left at 105 Ave S which curves right into Anderson Ln 0.4 mile to end. Left again at Michlar Dr 0.4 mile to last possible left‑hand turn. Left again at 58th Rd South. For Top Gallant Yoga studio, please enter 1st driveway on right hand side at sign “Top Gallant Farms."
If you're driving Northbound on 441:
Please continue past Lantana Rd. Look for Public Storage on your left hand side and move to the far left lane. Please turn Left/West at 52nd Pl S. NOTE: There is NO traffic light.
